Description of Service
The Site allows users to view, purchase, and/or order various products featured on the Ministry on Purpose (Jonathan Perry) website (collectively, "Products"), including, but not limited to, mp3 downloads, audio cd's, video DVD's, and books. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features or offerings on the Sites in the future that are added to or that augment or enhance the Services shall be considered part of the Services and subject to the Terms.
Shipping
We charge a modest shipping fee on all orders. You can calculate your shipping fee after you have added the items to your PayPal shopping Cart. Ministry on Purpose ships all products within 7-10 business days using the United States Postal Service. If you need your order rushed please contact Jonathan Perry at 419-697-6398 - We will require you to pay additional shipping charges.
If you would like your order to be shipped outside of the USA or Canada please contact our office at 419-697-6398. The cost will be based on the destination of the product and the policies of that country.
Refunds / Exchanges
If you receive a product that does not work properly please place it back into the package and send it to 30470 Lemoyne Road, Walbridge Ohio 43465 with an explanation of the defect. We will be happy to exchange or refund your money for any defects that are sent back within 15 days.
If you purchase a downloadable product and find that it is not working properly please contact the website administrator by emailing: contact@kperspectives.com
Other than receiving a defective product, all sales are final and no refunds will be given.
